研究概要

本研究課題では、イムノトキシン細胞標的法を利用して、弁別学習の発現における2種類の線条体投射経路の行動生理学的な役割を解析した。線条体-黒質路を除去したマウスの解析から、線条体-黒質路は、主に、弁別学習の反応速度の促進に関与し、反応の正答率には顕著な影響を及ぼさないことが示唆された。また、線条体―淡蒼球路を除去したラットの解析から、線条体-淡蒼球路は、弁別学習の正答率の向上に主要な役割を持ち、反応速度には顕著な影響を及ぼさないことが示唆された。
