研究概要

ベーチェット病の疾患感受性遺伝子を網羅的に同定するため、日本人ベーチェット病患者300検体および日本人健常者300検体を対象に、全染色体を網羅する23,465個のマイクロサテライトマーカーを用いた遺伝子スクリーニングを行い、ベーチェット病と有意に相関する疾患感受性候補領域を6領域に絞り込んだ。
