研究概要

本研究では、諸外国で会計を学ぶ大学生を対象に、学習スタイルと文化的影響の関連を調査した。研究の結果は、個人主義の国出身の学生が「行動して学ぶ」スタイルを好むのに対して、集団主義の国出身の学生は「観察して学ぶ」スタイルを好む傾向にあることが明らかとなった。本研究の結果より、IFACは、文化的要因が学生の学習スタイルに影響を与えることを考慮したうえで、会計教育の国際的統一を進めていくことを示唆した。
