研究概要

糖尿病予防を主目的とした家庭用の便器内蔵型の光学式尿成分自動計測システムの具現化を最終目標とし,近赤外吸収スペクトル法とケモメトリクス法を併用することで尿中のグルコース及び尿素の濃度予測が可能であることを確認した。さらにフロースルー型セルとバントバスフィルタから成る簡易分光システムを構築し、上記2成分に加え塩化ナトリウムの濃度予測可能であることを確認するとともに、これら知見を基に便器内蔵型のプロトタイプシステムを開発した。
