研究概要

2002年～2008年に宮城県で発症した悪性リンパ腫初発1552例を対象とした疫学調査を行った。病型別頻度では、濾胞性リンパ腫が全体の24%とアジア地域での既報に比して高頻度であり、欧米に類似した発症頻度であることが示された。B細胞リンパ腫の亜型解析では、全体の4%でCD20抗原が検出されず、検出法(免疫染色及びフローサイトメトリー解析)による相違(6.3%)が認められることを初めて明らかにした。
