研究概要

血管新生調節因子としてangiopoietin family (Ang)が注目されており、喘息病態下での機能解析を進めた。今回の検討において、Ang-1は平滑筋細胞を含む血管の成熟・安定化に、Ang-2は内皮細胞の遊走や血管の不安定化・リモデリングに作用することを示した。さらに喘息気道におけるAng-2の産生亢進を明らかにし、血管の不安定化や透過性の亢進および血管リモデリングの進展への関与を示した。
