研究概要

腹腔内B-1細胞が接触過敏反応の後期に抑制性の働きをもつことを示した。また、脾臓の抑制性B細胞としてはたらくmarginal zone B細胞の表現型を明らかにし、全身性エリテマトーデスの動物モデルにおける抑制性B細胞の役割を明らかにした。
