好中球の転写因子C/EBPβに着目した敗血症性急性肺損傷の病態解析

研究概要

敗血症時の好中球の過剰産生における転写因子C/EBP・の役割を解析した。敗血症時の好中球造血ではC/EBP・の発現がすべての分化段階において上昇しており、これが敗血症時の相性の好中球の造血亢進に関与していることが示唆された。敗血症性急性肺損傷病態における過剰な炎症反応の病態解明からその制御に繋がる新しい知見を提供するものである。
