口腔扁平上皮癌における染色体1p36領域の新規癌抑制遺伝子の同定

研究概要

口腔扁平上皮癌について、ヘテロ接合性消失(LOH)解析を行った結果、染色体1p36の3つの領域に高率にLOHが認められ、本染色体領域に口腔扁平上皮癌発生に関わる新規癌抑制遺伝子が存在する可能性が考えられた。その中でも最も高率にLOHが認められた領域に存在するRIZ遺伝子に焦点を絞り詳細な解析を行った結果、RIZ遺伝子の遺伝子多型が口腔扁平上皮癌の病態に関与する可能性が示唆された。
