冠動脈形成術前後における血小板マーカーの変動と抗血小板療法の有効性に関する検討

研究概要

抗血小板剤クロピドグレルを内服している安定労作狭心症例における待機的冠動脈インターベンション施行前後に血小板機能と血液凝固系および炎症関連マーカー、心筋傷害マーカーの血中濃度の推移を測定し、CYP2C19機能喪失遺伝子群にて有意に変動するマーカーを同定した。その結果、光吸光度法とVerifyNowシステムにより測定した血小板凝集能のみがCYP2C19機能喪失遺伝子群で変動するマーカーであることが判明し、特に簡易測定法であるVerifyNowシステムの有用性が確認された。
