研究概要

マウスは高濃度酸素下で水素吸入により生存率が延長し、好中球の肺内浸潤も軽減していた。培養ヒト肺胞上皮細胞で、アンチマイシンAによる酸化ストレスに対して水素は細胞保護効果が見られた。ミトコンドリアから発生するスーパーオキシドも、水素付加群ではコントロール群に比べて有意に低く、また、アンチマイシンAを添加した後の産生量の増加も小さくなっていた。水素は高濃度酸素による肺障害に対して保護効果が認められた。
