研究概要

抗癌剤または放射線耐性口腔癌細胞株を作製した。5-FU耐性および非耐性株間で特異的な変動を示す遺伝子群をマイクロアレイ解析にて検索し、GDF15等候補遺伝子を同定した。候補遺伝子の発現抑制につながる薬剤を検討したところ、トリフルオロチミジンを見出した。5-FU系抗癌剤をベースとした化学療法後の再発症例に対してトリフルオロチミジンをベースとした治療法は一つの選択肢になると考えられた。
