研究概要

近年様々な肝細胞癌に対する化学療法剤が開発され、予後延長が可能となってきているが、それぞれの治療薬が全ての癌に対し、一様に効果があるわけではなく、非常に効果のある場合、副作用が強く出て全く効果のない場合など、その反応性は様々である。本研究において、血管の増殖に関与する物質が血液中に多く発現している場合や、ある種の糖鎖の発現が低下している場合に、肝細胞癌に対する分子標的薬の効果が乏しかったり、副作用が多く出たりする可能性が示された。
