iPS細胞由来樹状細胞を用いた新規癌免疫療法の開発

研究概要

いまだ有効な治療法のない進行期悪性黒色腫(メラノーマ)に対する新規細胞ワクチンを開発するために、遺伝子改変iPS細胞由来樹状細胞を用いた抗原特異的免疫療法の基礎実験を行った。マウスiPS細胞の様々な細胞株から樹状細胞が誘導できることが確認した。一方、新規メラノーマ抗原の探索についてはKIF20Aを見出した。また、microRNA-221が新たなメラノーマの腫瘍マーカーとなりうることを見出した。
