研究概要

繰返し測定データに対して、ランダム効果をもつ非線形モデルを適合させたときのモデルのパラメータの推測について研究成果を得た。二標本問題においては、パラメータの関数を比較するための信頼区間の近似を与え、シミュレーションにより近似の良さも検証した。さらに、多標本問題において、モデルが平行である場合の水準差のペアごとの多重比較のための同時信頼区間も近似的に与えた。また、ひとつの母集団は繰返し測定データが得られるが、もう一方の母集団は一次元でしかデータが得られない場合について、多変量正規分布の平均ベクトルの各成分と一変量正規分布の平均との多重比較のための同時信頼区間や各成分と一変量の平均の検定も近似的に与え、その近似の良さをシミュレーションにより検証した。また、誤差が独立で、ランダム効果があるモデルでの欠測値があるときのプロフィール分析について考察した。
