研究概要

水晶体自発蛍光および黄斑色素の影響をできる限り排除し、黄斑部の自発蛍光を捉えるためのフィルターとして 555nm のフィルターを作成した。光路にリファレンスを挿入し、自発蛍光の定量化を目指したが、白内障があると線形相関性は低く新たな改良が必要となった。赤外光を参照光としたときの青色、緑色光の減衰量を計測し補正する機構を考案した。更に、リファレンスにグラデーションを設け飽和することが少ないリファレンスを作成し検討中である
