研究概要

癌の細胞株を抗原とし、血清を網羅的にウェスタンブロットすることによって血中の自己抗体をスクリーニングするプロテオーム解析の系を確立した。次に低分化胃癌の細胞株から抽出したタンパク質を電気泳動し、胃癌患者血清と健常人血清を一次抗体とした網羅的ウェスタンブロッティングを行った。その結果、複数のバンドが検出され、質量分析計によってタンパク質を同定したところ、30種類のタンパク質が同定された。合成タンパク質を用いた検証実験において、2種類のタンパク質の検証に成功した。これらは新規の低分化胃癌マーカーと考えられる。
