研究概要

研究代表者の発見した, 曲面の写像類群における「線型性の視覚化」の観点から生じる問題を研究し, 写像類群の線型性が自然に解決するような理論的枠組の構築を目指した. その結果, 「線型性の視覚化」それ自体の改良, 曲面群の複素線型表現の変形空間における写像類群の作用の大域的不動点の存在に対する新しい制限, 未解明な内, 最も低い次元である, 種数gの写像類群の2g+1次元線形表現の分類に向けて, いわゆるEarle類と関連する新しい制限を得た.
