移流および非局所項をもつ偏微分方程式の逆問題および境界制御問題を、変形公式法に基づいて研究した。移流拡散方程式に現れる未知の移流項を境界観測から一意的に決定し、さらに関連する制御系に対し望ましい安定性をもつ境界制御則を具体的に構成した。その際移流項と非局所項を同時変形する新たな変形公式を用いるが、その変形核関数の存在と構成の問題を解いた。さらに、変形公式法を1階のボルテラ型積分微分方程式系に拡張した。この変形核関数を用いて関連するボルテラ系の境界制御問題と逆問題を解決した。
