研究概要

肝癌培養細胞株あるいはヒト肝細胞癌に於いて、HGF/MET刺激誘導型のEMT現象に関して微小管過アセチル化がどのような影響を与えるか、HDAC6/NACC1発現抑制系を使用して検討した。HDAC6の発現抑制は細胞増殖能、運動能を低下させた。HDAC6の過剰発現の見られる肝癌では肝内転移が高頻度に認められた。さらにHDAC6の発現抑制はHGF刺激によるERK1/2の核内移行を抑制することでEMTの抑制果たしていることが明らかとなった。
