研究概要

本申請課題では，Si単結晶薄板からなる透過型ラウエケースアナライザと，アナライザーから2方向へ出射する回折波の伝播方向に垂直に設置した2台のCCDカメラからなる新しい屈折コントラストCT撮像方式を提案した．このシステムを用いて，屈折率分布の再構成に必要であるX線伝搬方向の角度偏差情報を抽出するデータ処理アルゴリズムと，得られた角度偏差からノイズに対してロバストな3D-CT再構成アルゴリズムを開発した．これらのことがらを理論・シミュレーション・実験により確認し，実際の乳がん病理サンプルを撮像した結果，約10μｍのがん細胞により変形した組織を明瞭に描出した．
