研究概要

細胞の自己成分大規模分解機構であるオートファジーは近年急速に理解が進んだが、念入りな検証が行われないまま流布している「定説」もある。本研究では、現在広く信じられている選択的オートファジーにおける標的認識モデルについて詳細な検討を行い、いわゆるアダプタータンパク質と LC3 の結合だけでは認識は説明できないことや、標的自身が認識対象で無い場合もあることを示した。
