研究概要

今研究の目的は癌関連線維芽細胞（CAF）をヒト胆管癌組織より分離し、同時に正常肝組織からNormal fibroblast（NF）を分離し、それらの特性を比較することで、CAFに特異的な治療標的を見つけることであった。胆管癌組織が非常に消化が難しいこと、症例数に制限があることから、マウスを用いて、正常肝および線維肝からのMyofibroblastの分離プロトコールの作成を行った。Liver perfusionを行い、消化酵素の濃度・種類の検証を行い、分離培養に成功した。
