研究概要

非翻訳RNA（ncRNA）をコードする超保存領域 (transcribed-ultraconserved regions: T-UCRs)の消化管癌における解析の結果、胃癌ではUCR416+A, 420+Aの発現が亢進し、118+A, 158+Aなど多くのUCRの発現は低下していた。発現低下はメチル化によることを確認した。また、胃癌ではmiR-148aおよびmiR-143/-145が、癌の浸潤と形態形成に関与し，予後因子となることを明らかにした。
