研究成果の概要

特異性をもつ関数を含む微分方程式や積分方程式は，物理・化学などでしばしば現れるが，特異性のために数値シミュレーションが難しく，既存の汎用手法ではうまく扱えない．仮に既存手法を適用したとしても，従来通りの性能が出なかったり，そもそも解に収束する保証がなかったりした．そこで本研究では，特異性に強いSinc数値計算法をベースとした研究を行い，非常に高い性能をもつ数値解法を開発し，さらに理論的に動作保証も行った．
