| 研究成果の概要 |
3DCT画像から、海綿骨の各パラメータ計測による大腿骨内外側顆の骨梁構造の解析を行なった。25年4月より27年3月までに前向きに50例について、TRI/3D-BON（ラトックシステムエンジニアリング株式会社）を用いた。Apparent bone volume fraction, apparent trabecular thickness, 大腿骨内顆で高値であった。Apparent trabecular separation, degree of anisotropyは内顆で低値であった。Apparent trabecular numberは内外顆において差を認めなかった。
