作用素環における散乱理論の研究とその応用

研究概要

散乱理論は発展方程式系の解の無限の過去での状態と無限の未来での状態を散乱作用素や散乱行列の存在性と構造を調べることにより発展してきた。今まで散乱理論の研究は多くの研究者によって、量子力学の立場(波動方程式など)や作用素論の立場から、散乱作用素のスペクトラムやその構造や摂動性などの研究が行われてきている。
本研究では、作用素環上の力学系から、散乱作用素の概念を定義することにより、力学系の無限の過去での状態と無限の未来での状態を調べることを目的とした。力学系の生成作用素はvon Neumann環上の非有界微分子となり、その理論は作用素環の分野の1つになっており、多くの研究成果がある。まだ、充分な結果を出していないが、それと散乱作用素の関係や不変部分空間の構造との関係を調べることは作用素環上の力学系の構造やその分類問題と関連して興味のある問題であることが認識された。非可換Hard空間を用いることにより、不変部分空間の形を決定して、それを散乱理論に応用する。それをするためには、Hilbert空間上の正規でない作用素の構造研究が重要であることが分かった。そこで、1つの実験として、解析的接合積より定義されるToeplitz作用素やHankel作用素の構造について調べた。Teoplitz作用素やHankel作用素はinterpolationの立場からも重要であり、過去の情報と未来の予測ができる。そこで、今後の問題として、これらの結果を応用することにより、散乱作用素の構造を作用素環の立場から追求する足がかりを作ったことは意義深いことである。これらの理論を情報数学や幾何学など他分野への応用も将来考察されるであろう。
