研究概要	大塚班員は新生ラット摘出脊髄標本を用いて、非ペプチド性タキキニン拮抗薬の効果を検討し、RP67580およびCP96345がそれぞれラット型およびヒト型タキキニンNK_1受容体拮抗薬として顕著な作用を示すこと、これらを利用してサブスタンスPとニューロキニンAが侵害反射に関与するslow EPSPの伝達物質として働いていることを明らかにした。矢内原班員は侵害反射抑制作用を持つ神経ペプチドであるガラニンの構造活性相関を行い、N端部1-15位が活性発現の最小単位であることを解明した。大久保班員はタキキニンペプチド受容体の構造活性相関を各種アゴニストおよび非ペプチド性拮抗薬を用いて行い、個々のアゴニストに対する選択性を与える領域を決定した。杉本班員はラット脊髄後角と延髄の内臓遠心路におけるオピオイド受容体の発現細胞をミュー型受容体に対するジゴキシゲニン標識RNAプローブを用いて検討した。井川班員は低分子量G蛋白質Krev-1の脊髄内存在と発達を調べ、また末梢痛み刺激により脊髄内で発現が誘導されることを明らかにした。堅田班員はNADaseがヒトリンパ球表面抗原CD38分子であることを見出した。広部班員は鎮痛活性を有することが期待される内因性物質としてフェネチルアミンからのTIQ型閉環体を検出した。芳賀班員はムスカリン性アセチルコリン受容体のアゴニスト依存性リン酸化機構を研究し、m2サブタイプがG蛋白質βγサブユニットによってりン酸化されることとその部位を明らかにした。村瀬班員は光学的電位測定法を用い、脊髄内の一次求心性線維からの速い伝達はおおむね興奮性アミノ酸によること、この伝達を修飾するセロトニン、オピオイド受容体作動薬の作用を明らかにした。
