研究概要

1、全国各大学及び研究機関のラットを中心としたHFRS抗体検査を行い、現時点でのHFRSの汚染の実態を把握し得た、特に全国国立大学付属動物実験施設は、ほぼ全てのモニター検査を完了し、その結果を踏まえた適切な対応を行い得た。引き続きフォローアップの為のモニタリング検査を行っている。抗体検査の依頼に対応すると共に自家検定用抗原スライドも配付できる体制を整えている。
2、他施設から低抗体価陽性ラットを大阪大学微生物病研究所感染動物実験施設に収容し、抗体価の経時的変化を追求すると共に高感受性ヌードラットと同一ケージ内飼育をし感染成立の是非を調べた。様々な施設で飼育された抵抗体価保有ラットはmycoplasumaに汚染されており、indicatorにしたヌードラットが感染し早期に死亡する。このため低抗体価保有ラットのハンタウイルス感染性について明らかにできなかった。現在他の生物学的検査方法について検討中である。
3、分子生物学的手法を用いたハンタウイルス抗原発現細胞の調整が可能となった。研究目的の一つであった汎用性のある検査システムの開発の第一歩として、種々の検査材料により検討されつつある。
4、PCR法によるウイルスゲノムの存否が血液及び臓器サンプルから検出可能となり、基礎的実験によるデータも整理され、保存した低抗体価保有ラットのウイルスゲノムの有無を調べつつある。
