研究概要

本研究の成果は次の1-3に大別される。
1.多変量正規モデルのもとで提案されている各種推測法が非正規モデルのもとでどの程度有効であるかを明らかにし、さらに、より一般的な状況に対しても適用できる推測法の開発に関する研究
2.特定な多変量非正規モデルにおける推測法の研究
3.関連する統計的基礎、並びに数学的基礎に関する研究
1に関する研究成果としては、多変量1元配置モデルにおける検定統計量について新しい結果を得た。昨年度は、エリプティカル分布のもとでの影響を漸近展開の形で明らかにし、そのモデルのもとでの検定統計量を提案した。本年度は、連続型分布を含むより一般的な分布のもとで同様な結果を示すことに成功した。2に関しては、方向性データを解析する場合の基本的モデルであるランジュバン分布について、その高次漸近推測理論を多標本の場合に拡張した。また、複数個の二項分布の母数の間に順序制約がある場合の均一性の検定について、種々の比較・検討等をおこなった。さらに、回帰モデルの平均関数にたいして滑らかさのみを仮定したセミパラメトリックモデルにおける分散の推定法について、ミニマックスアプローチから得られる推定量の明示的表示をもとめ、その性質を明らかにした。3に関しては、1の研究に関連して多変量標本平均と標本分散行列の同時分布の漸近展開を導出した。この結果は、本研究課題に関連したロバストネスの研究において重要である。この他、関連する数学的基礎に関する研究として、確率論、解析学、幾何学の分野における成果を得て、雑誌に発表している。
