研究概要

生体分子パスウェイ・ネットワークの動態を理解する基盤として、次世代シーケンシングを用いた遺伝子発現の絶対定量法、質量分析を用いたタンパク質間相互作用の絶対定量法および定量ユビキチン化プロテオーム解析法、FRETを用いた細胞内代謝物のリアルタイム解析法を開発した。
