研究概要

イオンスプレー質量分析法(ESI-MS)は分子構造の解明に最適な方法であるが、分子が強く荷電して水溶性が高い場合にはイオン化できず、検出ができないという欠点がある。申請者は検出できていなかった薬毒物を錯体化合物とし、さらに第三の因子を反応させて分子を励起し、これらを極性有機溶媒で抽出することによりイオン化をさらに促進し、ESI-MSで高感度に検出する方法を見出した。この方法により中毒者試料中のモリブデン、6価クロム、シスプラチン、コバルト、ヒ酸、亜ヒ酸、モノメチルヒ素、ジメチルヒ素、シアナイドを同定・定量した。
