研究概要

vector epsilon法を組み込んだEMアルゴリズムの加速法の効率化法を提案し,グラフィカルモデルへの適用を試みた.また, Markov chain Monte Carloによるグラフィカルモデルのp-値計算のアルゴリズムを開発した.さらに, Alternating Least Squaresアルゴリズムにvectorepsilon法を適用した加速法を開発し,数値実験によりその有効性を実証した.
