分子標的薬併用による膵臓癌の放射線治療増感:イメージングを用いた解析

研究概要

本研究の目的は難治がんの一つである膵癌に対し分子標的薬剤を併用することによって放射線治療の増感を目指すことである。抗VEGF抗体による治療中に腫瘍内低酸素を光イメージングにてモニターし腫瘍内低酸素が増大する前に、放射線治療を併用し放射線治療効果の増強を認めたが、腫瘍内低酸素の増大後は逆に治療効果の減弱を認めた。また、新規低酸素標的薬剤を用い、マウス膵癌モデルにて生存期間の延長を認めた。
