研究概要

非放射性標識化合物で、分子画像を得ることが可能な実用型シートビーム蛍光X線CT装置を開発するために、資料の撮影部位と透過X線CT画像が短時間で得られる撮像装置を作製した。本透過撮像装置では、空間分解能0.2 mmのCT画像を1分以内に撮像でき、撮影エネルギー25～52 KeVで良好な画像が得られた。これにより、蛍光X線検出器と組み合わせ、短時間で透過X線画像が得られるシートビーム装置の基礎的実証研究はほぼ完了した。
