研究概要

本研究により、糖質・鉱質ステロイド産生に関与する因子のontogenicな層別の発現挙動等から、これらの因子がヒト胎児副腎外層のステロイド産生開始に関与していることが強く示唆された。また羊水-羊膜系では、ヘパリン結合成長因子であるミッドカインが胎児肺由来の「胎児シグナル」として羊膜に作用し、COX2発現抑制を介してプロスタグランディンE2産生を制御し妊娠中期の妊娠維持に関与している可能性が示唆された。
