研究概要

シャプレー値は最も利用されてきた利得配分交渉解である。しかし、実際に市場においてはパテントプールを通してライセンスされてはいない技術を使用する企業も存在するので、パテントプールにおける利得配分問題に対するより適切な解概念として提携構造つきシャプレー値の性質を考察する必要がある。本研究の重要な成果は、パテントプールそのものの分析ではないが、提携構造つきシャプレー値は安定的交渉結果として実現されない場合を発見したことである。また、オークションや重み付き投票による利得配分を想定した被験者実験も実施した。
