研究概要

一般の三角形分割の対角変形に関しては過去に十分な結果があるが,偶三角形分割,四角形分割に対し,その正則性を保存するような局所変形を考えると問題は突然複雑化してしまう.(閉曲面の代数的不変量との関連が重要になってくる.)この近辺の問題に関していくらかの結果を得ることに成功した.特に,任意の2つの射影平面上のk-既約四角形分割がY-rotationと呼ばれる局所変形によって移り合うことを証明した.
