研究概要

化学や生物学に現れるノイマン境界条件下における楕円型の非線形偏微分方程式について,解の存在や解の個数やモース指数を明らかにした.また,発生生物学におけるモデル方程式Gierer-Meinhardt系の境界付近に沿ってピークが移動する現象の詳しい解析を行った.
