研究概要

(1)日本、タイで乳幼児急性胃腸炎患者検体から、ノロウイルス、ロタウイルスの流行株を解析した。(2)ノロウイルス、ロタウイルスの迅速診断キットの開発を継続し、3種類のウイルスを同時に検出できるキットの評価を行った。(3)ピコルナウイルス科ウイルスの検出を行った。(4)ブタコブウイルスのVP1領域の解析を行い、仔ブタ正常血清中からもウイルスを検出した。(5)タイで検出したG3P[23],G9P[23],G3P[13]遺伝子型のブタロタウイルスの全11ゲノムの解析を行った。
