幼若期高脂肪食負荷の高血圧・腎障害メカニズムの検討

研究概要

幼若期における肥満並びに過食にともなう食塩過剰摂取の役割を調べる目的で、幼若期から肥満・高血圧・腎障害等が顕著であるモデル動物DahlS.Z-Leprfaラットに対して、食餌制限、低塩食、食餌制限+低塩食を行った。その結果、いずれの処置も高血圧・腎障害進展を改善し、幼若期における肥満・食塩過剰の重要性が示唆された。アルドステロンの関与に関するデータも得た。
