肺機能的画像を用いた肺癌に対する高精度放射線治療計画法の開発

研究概要

肺癌患者8例でシミュレーション研究を行い、肺機能画像の併用によりIMRT及びIMATのいずれの計画においても肺線量の軽減が図れることが実証できた。その後、至適機能画像撮影法の検討として、院内倫理委員会承認のもと、実際の肺癌患者の了承を得た上で症例登録を行った。各患者に対して施行した通常CT、4次元CT及び肺血流シンチグラフィ及び呼吸機能検査を通じて各患者の肺気腫の状態と呼吸機能のデータ収集を行い、実際の放射線治療計画と対比し、現在も症例集積中である。
