脳虚血再灌流時の吸入麻酔薬による脳保護作用とアンドロジェンの役割

研究概要

脳梗塞の発症頻度には性差があり性ホルモンがこの機序に強く関与している。一方、吸入麻酔薬によるプレコンディショニングによる脳保護効果にも性差がみられるのでセボフルランと性ホルモンとの相互作用を検討した。虚血再灌流後の脳軟膜動脈内皮機能を評価するため、 S-D ラット中大脳動脈閉塞モデルにおいて頭蓋内有窓を作成し、虚血再灌流前後の中大脳動脈領域における脳軟膜動脈の内皮機能をアセチルコリンの局所投与(有窓内投与)によって血管内皮機能を評価した。セボフルランの吸入では、虚血再灌流による血管内皮機能障害の減弱効果は残念ながら認められなかった。
