研究概要

キラル相間移動触媒を用いた不斉合成反応は、医薬品中間体を効率的に合成するための強力な手法として注目を集めているが、本反応を実施するための有効なキラル相間移動触媒の例は未だ限られている。本研究では、二官能性触媒デザインという新たな触媒設計のコンセプトを基に新規触媒を開発し、本触媒を利用することで、医薬品中間体などの有用化合物の効率的合成法を確立した。
