研究実績の概要 |
The specially required TEM compatible grids for optical measurements have been successfully fabricated; the thermal properties of individual SWCNTs and their heterostructures have been initiated by Raman scattering; the atomic structure of some target nanotubes can been examined by TEM.

理由
The plan set for 2021 has been achieved. The specially designed chips to produce 25 TEM compatible grids for optical measurements have been successfully fabricated, which can massively grow ultra-long and isolated SWCNTs as well as their one-dimensional heterostructures for the following transport property measurements.

今後の研究の推進方策 |
With the large-scale, suspended, isolated, and ultra-long SWCNTs (or their heterostructures), the transport properties by laser scattering can be extensively investigated, and the precise structure can be examined by TEM after the optical measurements.Collect enough data from different SWCNT species to conduct a comprehensive transport property analysis.
