研究概要

プロレニン受容体は、レニンとプロレニンに特異的に結合する受容体である。赤芽球系細胞であるYN-1細胞とYN-1-0A細胞において、プロレニン受容体の発現を明らかにした。プロレニン受容体の発現は、インターフェロン-γ、エリスロポエチンやトリヨードサイロニンの影響を受けることが判明した。さらに、プロレニン受容体は細胞増殖を刺激する。プロレニン受容体は、造血に関与し、腎性貧血等のある種の貧血の病態に関与する可能性が示唆された。
