研究概要

採取直後のラット口腔粘膜由来細胞に成長因子を添加した培養で粘膜由来細胞の増殖率は小さかったが、noduleの形成は確認された。
骨髄細胞を懸濁したアルギン酸ゲルを気孔に満たした多孔質ハイドロキシアパタイト(ＨＡ)をラットの皮下に埋入したin vivoの検索で、ゲル内に多量の骨形成は得られなかった。架橋によるアルギン酸スポンジにラット骨髄細胞を播種し、これを多孔質ＨＡ中空に挿入して皮下埋入した結果、スポンジ内にオステオカルシン量が増加した。さらに、ロイシン、あるいは、リシンでコートしたホルマリン処理ポリビニルアルコールスポンジとＨＡとのハイブリッド担体で骨髄細胞による骨形成量が有意に増加した。
