非線形非平衡状態のソフトマターとしての細胞運動の流体力学モデル

研究概要

本研究では、生命現象の普遍的な記述を目的とし、エネルギー注入のもと非平衡状態にあるソフトマターを取り扱う。化学反応により平衡状態から離れた液滴の自発的運動や変形について、その理論的メカニズムを明らかにし、また内部の非線形波と運動との相関を理論および実験的に明らかにした。また、細胞の内部構造における力学に着目し、細胞骨格のアクティブストレスによる収縮のダイナミックスについて特徴的な時間スケールとその物理的起源を理論的に明らかにした。
