Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、神経精神疾患の発症とその機能回復には、発振現象オシレーションを基盤としてネットワークの動的な変化すなわち再組織化が関わっているという「ネットワーク病態」仮説を検証することを目的としている。とくに、脳卒中を中心とした臨床研究によって脳再組織化を解明する。
A03,A04班との共同研究として、脳磁図を用いた基盤的研究を行い、新しい手法での脳活動測定法をてんかんにおいて確立して、臨床応用を遂行中である。また、本年度の備品としては、筋電図システムと電気刺激装置を購入して、それらを用いた新たな筋電図解析を行って、オシロロジー研究を進めている。脳波の解析をおこなうためのソフト周辺機器、電極位置計測のための3Dカメラも購入し、正確な計測を可能とするシステムを構築中である。また、分担研究者の神作、牛場においても研究は当初の計画通りに進行している（備品：筋電図システム、特殊電極）。
オシレーションを利用した非侵襲的脳刺激法によるリハビリテーションを行うための準備を整え、研究協力者の小金丸、前澤、野嶌らと発振という観点からの咀嚼嚥下研究を行っている。
本年度はさらに、A01班とGABAと非侵襲的脳刺激法の関連について動物実験での詳細な検討を行った。28年度の研究を継続して行い、運動機能回復過程での発振現象と再組織化および発振操作介入による神経可塑性誘導を継続し、患者群での臨床研究を進めた。初年度で達成された慢性期脳卒中患者での運動機能回復過程での発振現象を精密に記録できる環境を基盤として研究を推進した。

A01班との新しい研究計画に大きな進展が見られ、今後の展開が期待される。
オシレーション応用リハについても、パーキンソン病患者への応用を進めている。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

前澤仁志助教、小金丸聡子助教、高松泰行助教（北海道大学）らを研究組織に加えて、効率的に研究を遂行している。
