| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
カザフスタンの初期鉄器時代遺跡から出土した土器の残存脂質分析を実施した。その結果、キビや乳製品、反芻動物の脂肪に由来する脂質を検出し、当該地域における先史時代の調理行動・食性についての新たな知見を得た(村上夏希氏と共同)。キルギスの青銅器、初期鉄器時代の土器についても分析中。試験片を用いた、土器の硬度による残存脂質濃度の違いの評価についての実験研究を行った（村上夏希氏と共同）。復元須恵器を用いたアルコール飲料の醸造についての実験を酒造会社とともに行った。酢醸造陶器の内面付着物に関する残存脂質分析・残存タンパク質分析を行った（西内巧氏、村上夏希氏と共同）。炭化イネ・コムギ種子等からのDNA、タンパク質の抽出の方法改良を試みた（熊谷真彦氏・西内巧氏と共同）。カザフスタン・キルギス出土土器の圧痕分析を試みた（遠藤英子氏と共同）。

海外渡航が難しい状況ではあったが、インターネットや郵送を通じた海外とのやりとりも順調に進み、分析研究の結果も予定通りのペースで得られている。

海外渡航を再開し、中国西部およびカザフスタン・キルギスにおいてさらなる資料の獲得、現地情報の収集を進める。
